Xunantunich is the most popular archaeological site near Belize’s western border with Guatemala. Perched on a high ridge overlooking the Mopan River, it offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Its crown jewel, El Castillo, rises majestically above the forest canopy, providing stunning panoramic views.
